1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by 747-9, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, slots, table games, sports betting, and any other gaming products offered through our website and mobile platform. By creating an account with 747-9, you enter into a contractual relationship with the Operator and agree to comply with all terms, conditions, rules, and policies referenced herein.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account with 747-9. Creating multiple accounts, using multiple identities, or attempting to circumvent account restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. If multiple accounts are detected, the Operator reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all bets placed through such accounts, confiscate any winnings, and forfeit all balances.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and to protect the integrity of our platform, 747-9 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to provide supporting documentation to verify your identity, including but not limited to:

3. Deposits & Payment Methods

The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location and account status.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method selected. The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network congestion. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

3.3 Deposit Limits & Responsible Gaming

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified through the KYC process. You must have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions. The Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

8.2 Account Restrictions & Closure

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading information
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff or other players
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Extended period of account inactivity

Upon account closure, any remaining balance of real money (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you after deduction of any outstanding fees or charges, subject to completion of KYC verification and AML compliance checks.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure
